General Conditions of Purchase
GUARANTEE
- All our products have a 1 year warrantyexcept for the inflatable paddle surfboards, which have 2 years warranty. We cover any manufacturing defect from the day of delivery.
- Our products go through a strict quality control before being sent to the market, but even so, if for any reason our product has a fault or problem, we are committed to solve the fault, or replace your product.
- Before contacting us, please check our frequently asked questions page to see if you can find an answer to your problem. If you do not find the necessary answer, please send us an email to [email protected], indicating the order number, explaining the problem and providing a photograph or video of the problem you are having to solve.
- We will contact you within 24-48 business hours with a solution to your problem.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover the following cases:
- - Products purchased second-hand or for which the order number cannot be provided.
- - Damage or deformation caused by the following reasons:
- - Misuse.
- - Impacts against other objects (rocks, stones...).
- - Use other than stipulated.
- - Normal wear and tear of the product of its own use.
- - Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use.
- - Incorrect transport and handling.
- - In the case of boards, dents due to excessive pressure (> 15PSI) exerted on the board.
- - Storage in a closed place without ventilation or at temperatures below 0 °C and above 32 °C.
SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
- Shipping costs for orders over 50 € are free for Spain and Portugal. For other smaller amounts and/or locations, the shipping price will be calculated at the time of placing the order according to the shipping postcode.
- If you wish to return the product, please note that you have to 30 calendar days to do so after receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect condition unused and in its original packaging. Late returns are not accepted.
- If you have purchased the product through our website, please follow the steps below:
- 1. Send us an email to [email protected] containing the following information:
- - Name of the person who made the purchase.
- - Order no.
- - Reason for return.
- 2. If the order is eligible for return we will send you a label and arrange with the carrier to collect the product.
- Once we have received the item, we will make a thorough check of the condition of the product to ensure that they have not been used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging for each of its elements. Returns will be checked within a maximum of 3 working days once the product arrives at our facilities.
- Once the product has been checked and everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to reimburse you. If we detect that the items have been used, we will inform you and will not reimburse you for their proportional part, therefore, make sure that when you request a return the product has not been used.
- Your refund will be processed within up to 7 working days after approval by the same payment method used and it may take between 2 and 10 working days to receive the amount depending on your bank.
- If you receive a product by mistake or it is defective, this product will be withdrawn by us and we will send you a product in perfect condition at no extra cost.
- Returns are free of charge as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the corresponding deductions will be made from the refund.
